Established in January 2024 by Mark & Sarah Bailey with the goal of bringing new ideas and a fresh perspective to the residential care industry.
Pax Animi Homes is a family-operated residential care program built on the belief that each person is created in the image of God and deserves the same respect, dignity, and personal attention that we would provide to members of our own family.
As a family-run organization, our leadership is directly involved in the daily operation of the home, ensuring that every aspect of care reflects our core values of compassion, accountability, and excellence.
Our small-home model allows us to maintain a highly personalized approach to support. We emphasize meaningful relationships, stability, and consistency for each resident.
Because the program is family-managed, decisions are made with careful attention to the well-being, comfort, and long-term success of the individuals we serve.
Pax Animi Homes is also committed to maintaining the highest standards of staff training and professional development. Our staff receive comprehensive training in accordance with California Title 17 and Title 22 regulations, as well as additional competency-based instruction in person-centered support, behavioral understanding, health and safety, and independent living skill development.
Ongoing training, supervision, and quality assurance measures ensure that our team remains knowledgeable, prepared, and responsive to the unique needs of each resident.
At Pax Animi Homes, we believe that a fulfilling life includes meaningful experiences, recreation, and opportunities to explore the community.
Residents are encouraged to participate in engaging field trips and community outings including parks, events, restaurants, museums, recreational facilities, and seasonal festivals.
When appropriate, residents may also participate in planned overnight outings or short recreational trips that build confidence, independence, and lasting memories.
All outings are carefully planned with attention to health, safety, staffing ratios, and individual support needs.
"Peace of mind for you and your loved one"

We believe that each person is created in God's image and deserves to be treated with love and respect and given the proper care and encouragement in their unique situation.
